As the parent company, it has evolved into a holding company for an increasing number of leading edge technology subsidiaries involved in the development, manufacturing and sale of various consumer products and applications.
MLB’s corporate strategy has been to seek out and acquire private companies with significant leading edge technology in their respective fields, advance the development of these technologies and bring them to market either directly or in concert with significant industry participants.
